Royal Jelly + Vitamin C contains 400 mg of lyophilized royal jelly which equates to 1200 mg of fresh royal jelly. Royal jelly contains about 60% - 70% water, 12.5% proteins, 11% simple sugars, 5% fatty acids (the main acid is 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid 10-HDA) and trace amounts of minerals and vitamins, especially B complex. The quality of royal jelly is measured by the amount of 10-HDA it contains. This is a powerful essential fatty acid unique to royal jelly. Royal Jelly + Vitamin C capsules contain between 3.5 and 8% 10-HDA. This means that each capsule contains up to 32 mg of 10-HDA.
Use:Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule, taken with a glass of water.
