Recommendation

L-arginine: We recommend taking two Vitamaze L-arginine capsules twice a day (morning and evening) with 1-2 glasses of water (300-400 ml) before a meal. Two capsules can be taken up to three times a day for short periods when undertaking intensive exercise. In such cases, take two additional capsules with plenty of liquid 30 minutes before high levels of performance are needed.

L-carnitine: We recommend that adults take two capsules daily with 1-2 glasses of water (300 - 400 ml).

Amino acid complex: We recommend that adults take five tablets twice a day with 1-2 glasses of water (300-400 ml).
To make it easier to take the tablets, they can be broken into two at the predetermined breaking point.

Warnings / legal notices

The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Nutritional supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Not suitable for children and young people. A doctor should generally be consulted before taking nutritional supplements during pregnancy and when breastfeeding. There is a risk of choking if consumers have difficulties swallowing or do not drink sufficient fluids.
