While the individual B vitamins may have different compositions and work in different ways, they have one thing in common: our body needs them to maintain many functions and processes. A lack of vitamin B can have a major impact on your well-being.

Vitamin B isn’t just one vitamin, but a group of eight vital substances. They are totally different in terms of chemistry and pharmacology. The term “Vitamin B” covers vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12.You will notice that while most numbers are represented, not all are. (This is because some vitamins were declassified as vitamins after being named.)

Vitamin B provides energy

The B vitamins are involved in countless metabolic processes in the body.Without the 8 little helpers, we feel exhausted and weak.

Vitamin B - a fuel: the B vitamins fuel the body. They break down fats, proteins and carbohydrates and convert them into energy.

Vitamin B - a requirement: anyone who asks a lot of their body or experiences a lot of stress, has an increased requirement for vitamin B:sportsmen and women, people who are always on the go, the elderly, expectant mothers, people with stressful jobs, poor diets and illnesses.
